Bring your live rig and production workflow together with the Roland FANTOM 6 EX. Build splits and layers, develop arrangements, and explore classic and contemporary sounds from one instrument.

Expressive Playing and Hands-On Control

  • 61 semi-weighted synth-action keys with channel aftertouch.
  • 7-inch color touchscreen, knobs, sliders, and 16 RGB pads.
  • 16 zones for internal sounds and external instruments.

A Deep Collection of Roland Sounds

Explore more than 7,000 tones with ZEN-Core, ACB, V-Piano, SuperNATURAL, and Virtual ToneWheel engines. The preloaded Model Expansions include n/zyme, JD-800, JUNO-106, JUPITER-8, JX-8P, and SH-101. German Concert V-Piano and SuperNATURAL Acoustic Piano 3 expansions add expressive acoustic piano options.

JUPITER-8 and SH-101 ACB expansions come preinstalled. JX-3P and JUNO-106 ACB expansions are available as free Roland Cloud downloads for FANTOM EX owners.

Develop Ideas into Arrangements

Capture performances, build patterns with TR-REC step sequencing, and refine parts with touchscreen piano-roll editing. Sample to pads, play samples across the keyboard, or create multisamples for custom instruments.

Connect Your Studio and Live Rig

  • Built-in USB audio/MIDI interface and dedicated control modes for supported DAWs.
  • XLR and 1/4-inch main outputs, two stereo sub-output pairs, and two mic/line inputs.
  • MIDI connections and dual CV/gate outputs for external hardware.
  • Shimmer and Modulation Reverb, master processing, and stereo vocoder.

Please note: Stand, pedals, USB flash drive, and computer are sold separately. Additional Roland Cloud content may require a separate purchase.
