For more than 30 years, the Ibanez SR series has provided bass players with a modern alternative to traditional bass designs. Known for its sleek body shape, fast neck profile, and versatile electronics, the SR600E continues that legacy with premium tonewoods, powerful pickups, and flexible tone shaping.

The SR600E features a lightweight ash body paired with a stable 5-piece Jatoba/Walnut neck and a comfortable 34" scale length with 24 frets. This combination delivers excellent clarity, punch, and sustain while maintaining the slim, fast-playing feel that the SR series is known for. The Antique Brown Stained Burst finish highlights the natural ash grain for a classic yet modern appearance.

Nordstrand Big Break pickups fit a split-coil design into a soapbar-style housing, producing a powerful and articulate tone with strong low end and clear highs while retaining the clarity associated with single-coil pickups. The design also provides quiet, hum-free operation.

Ibanez Custom Electronics include a versatile 3-band EQ with a selectable mid-frequency switch, active/passive operation, and a pickup blend control that allows players to dial in anything from warm neck tones to articulate bridge sounds. The result is a lightweight, fast-playing bass with modern electronics and exceptional tonal flexibility.
