A faithful recreation of one of the most legendary—and elusive—British amplifier tones ever recorded.

The Aclam Dr. Robert V3 is based on Aclam's own original Vox UL730 amplifier, a rare model closely associated with the groundbreaking guitar sounds heard on The Beatles' Revolver and Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band recordings. Rather than creating a generic “British” overdrive, Aclam meticulously recreated the actual preamp section of their original UL730, preserving its distinctive mid-focused voice, touch sensitivity, and rich harmonic character.

Version 3 expands the original concept with dedicated Bass and Treble controls, a separate Mach Schau! gain stage control, and selectable Lo/Hi Gain modes, allowing players to move from classic British jangle and edge-of-breakup tones to more aggressive vintage drive.

The visual design is equally special, featuring artwork created by Klaus Voormann, the artist responsible for the iconic cover artwork of The Beatles' Revolver album.

Hand-built in Barcelona, the Dr. Robert V3 is more than a Beatles-inspired overdrive—it is a carefully engineered recreation of a historic amplifier that very few players will ever have the opportunity to experience.
